Tropical Baked Alaska

Ingredients:
2 Strawberry Fruitfull® Juice Bars, softened and stick removed
3 Pineapple Fruitfull® Juice Bars, softened and stick removed
4 Tropical Splash Fruitfull® Juice Bars, softened and stick removed
¾ C sugar
1 ¼ C egg whites
½ tsp cream of tartar Vanilla cake mix
Instructions:
In separate medium sized bowls, allow Fruitfull® Juice
Bars to soften.
Line a 7 inch bowl with foil and allow the ends to extend over the sides. Press 2 softened Strawberry Fruitfull® Juice Bars into the bottom of the bowl. Make sure the top is even and level. Without stirring, layer 3 Pineapple Fruitfull® Juice Bars on top making them
even and level. Then place 4 Tropical Splash Fruitfull® Juice Bars on top, making them even and level. Cover and freeze for 10 hours.
Prepare vanilla cake mix according to package for 1 nine inch cake pan.
Let cool and cover overnight.
In a large bowl add sugar and egg whites. Let stand for 30 minutes then add cream of tartar. Beat with blender until stiff peaks form.
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Place cake on an ovenproof, round dish.
Un-mold fruit bar mold on center of cake. Completely cover with meringue. Lightly brown in oven for 3-5 minutes. Using a warm serrated knife, cut the cake. (Wet knife as necessary).
